Hello guys, I’d appreciate help from anyone here to gain access to my account. I do check my ICP everyday on the NNS and normally I’d just click on my ID number and it will automatically log me in but last 2 days, it won’t log in automatically but I was asked to scan a QR code with another device which I did and then I had a message that there’s no matching passkey saved meanwhile I have my passkey saved for over a year (screenshots attached), my phone or NNS hasn’t been hacked because I’ll definitely get notification. So I tried to get access using my recovery phrase and I got error message in the screenshot attached below. I have asked for assistance from dfinity and I keep getting same automated email from one Adam Angelo, which is not helpful. I have invested in $ICP since last 2021 and this depressing to me this is happening. Please if you can help me. I wrote my recovery phrase in a safe place and took a screenshot as backup. I have gone extra mile to contact apple support and they assured my account is not hacked or compromised. Some please help me, it’s taken me 4 years to get my account to this level and it sucks to feel this way for nothing I did. Thank you and God bless y’all
