We have been notified that some users tried to stake SNS tokens, and did not receive neurons. This is due to a bug we found in the NNS dapp that would allow some users to attempt to stake SNS tokens below the minimum threshold. You can find the minimum staking threshold on the dashboard under the SNS menu point. You can see ORIGYN’s here under “Min Neuron Stake” showing 888 OGY.
How to get your neuron
You can get your neuron by sending more tokens to the same account to make up for the difference between the initial transaction and the minimum staking threshold.
- Go to Tokens > SNS DAO (for example: OpenChat)
- Find the transaction that resulted in the failed staking attempt
- Copy the receiving address
- Send tokens in the amount that is at least the difference between the minimum threshold and the original transaction
- Go to Voting and find the SNS in question
- Replace “proposals” with “neurons” in the URL, and press enter
- If you don’t see your neuron, wait a few seconds and refresh the page
