Can't log into my ICP Neuron — any ideas how to fix this?

I used to just log into this system with the password on my computer, but after the redesign I have no clue how to get in. I never needed to enter an account before, so there’s no Google or Apple login tied to it, and I don’t remember having any account at all. All I’ve got is the private key I saved back then. Can you help me figure out how to get back into my account?

If you still have your “private key” aka recovery phrase you can go to the II recovery page and enter your key/phrase to recover your Internet Identity:

Can confirm that id.ai/recovery is indeed the correct page to regain access if you have a recovery phrase.

I entered my private key correctly and the system recognized my identity. But after it asked me to enter a new name, this error page popped up and I still can’t get in. Why is this happening? Would really appreciate your help.

Make sure your system time is set correctly, it likely off by a few minutes or more.
