Can't access staked account - have Id and hotkey

Hello, I have my internet id and a hotkey that I got when I staked using Ledger. I have my Ledger nano, but can not login with my internet id because my laptop died. What can I do to access the staked account?

Thank you Roman! I was able to attach my ledger stacked acct neurons to a new internet id.
