Hi, I’m quite new to ICP, and I have a problem. I’m trying to connect my Ledger wallet and view my Neurons, but it’s not working. I keep getting the error message:

“Sorry, there was an error. Please try again. Reached the maximum number of hotkeys.”

I no longer have access to my old wallets because my computer broke. I need help figuring out how to add my Ledger wallet again. Since I’m new to this, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me.

Could you provide some more information to try to help you?

Where are you trying to connect your Ledger wallet? Is it the NNS Dapp?

Do you have Ledger Live? You should have access to your Ledger device there as well.

Which Ledger device to do you have?
