It’s just the second tab, after the wallet tab. Yes, that is where any staked neurons would be. Staked ICP is always located within a “neuron” and will be separate from the main wallet page which only holds liquid ICP or other supported tokens.

The Hardware wallet is the address which receives the fund, so nns identity does not matter, you can attach it to any.
