I’m facing an issue where I cannot send Quokka or swap it. I was trying to run giveaways on our OpenChat channel, and after a few users successfully claimed the tokens, it became unclaimable for others.
To troubleshoot, I tried sending the tokens to myself, but the same failure occurred. I wanted to ensure this wasn’t caused by OpenChat, so I tested independently but faced the same problem.
I also recently topped up the canister with cycles to rule out cycle depletion. Could this issue be related to the subnet, or is there another potential cause I should investigate?
Ledger Canister ID: k25mb-qiaaa-aaaap-qpodq-cai
Would appreciate any insights or suggestions to resolve this!

Update:
I topped up the canister with 8 ICP in the last 30 hours.
i My last top-up was 30 minutes ago, with 21T cycles.
Each transaction/update call costs around 590,000 cycles, which means the canister can handle over 35 million transactions/calls.
I won’t top up the canister again until the issue is resolved.

I met this before, you should check
- threshold for creating archive canister
- number block store in archive canister
- cycles using for create archive canister
Problem I met before
The token canister I set 800B cycles to create archive canister, but this number of cycles is not enough for create archive canister so it keep failed for every transfer, each transfer alone cost 800B.
I fixed it by increased cycles using for create archive canister to 5T cycles

Is there more to this error message?

Thank you Long, the ICTO dev which has created the Canister, has increased the cycles up to 5T.
Now it looks like the problem is solved.
Appreciate it
Cheers, Hank

So the ICTO canister is a different canister than the one you were trying to top up?

No Jennifer, ICTO topped up the Archive canister from 800 B to 5 T Cycles.
That was the issue @baolongt pointed out.
