Who are you Arthur? I think the problem with your post is this whole wild conspiracy theory that you are creating making massive FUD regarding the supposed “Base Crew” owning all the nodes on ICP and having infiltrated DFINITY and all this insane stuff.
Where is your evidence and proof here about who is conspiring here supposedly with David Fisher of Base / Coinbase?
This is all starting to sound very neurotic esp. in regards to attacking WaterNeuron. I asked Wenzel straight up about this conspiracy theory and he denies any ties whatsoever to Coinbase or Dave Fisher. Where is the hard proof tying him to this “Base Crew”?

I am indeed a proponent of free speech though, and imo (webtree) you should realize that a place where you can curse, is a place where you can speak your mind, it is an unfortunate, but necessary filter.
It is indeed ironic about your post. Youll have to ask yourself what is better, being censored right now as you are. Or ignoring a few words here and there and everyone speaking their mind?
Its the philosophical argument of it. The only reason I posted it is because seachan is philosophically necessary for the future free speech of humanity (should ICP be integral in web3 of the future), and its a topic that people enjoy discussing on this forum.

Maybe, im fortunate enough to live somewhere, where generally people can speak there mind. For the most part.
If you are fortunate enough to live in a republic, or other type of democratic state, I dont believe anonymity to divorce you from the consequences of your words is a necessary component of this freedom.
If what comes out of ones mouth is hate and vitriol, one should expect people to respond in kind. Hiding behind anonymity to divorce oneself of this consequence is called cowardice.
Seeing that this is the DFINITY foundation’s forum, we can’t really expect a non-moderated experience here and if you owned or ran DFINITY’s non profit, would you not moderate this forum? It is their prerogative to do so and I guess we’re under their TOS when we post here so …
The argument for web3 and being “uncensored” is on a case by case basis depending on the decentralized site or dapp. The fact is that most will still be censored by whoever runs the web3 dapp or site or even the community dao that runs it per community rules.
What web3 and ICP will allow however is for a site that decides to willfully be completely uncensored and hopefully due to the design will make it almost impossible to take down by any central authority, government, and esp. by any centralized cloud provider like AWS, Google, etc. No central web authority “middleman” which is the core idea behind ICP. A free internet owned by the people and for the people and run by the people…sounds like the Declaration of Independence but for the new internet of value!
