Unable to log-in to NNS

Hello,

I staked roughly $500 of ICP into the NNS dapp in April 2022. Since then, I have gotten a new device, but still have my ID Anchor recorded and a 12-word recovery phrase also saved. When I try to login to NNS, it tells me to use an external passkey or one on a nearby device via QR code. I do not have a passcode on any device. All I have is my 12-word recovery phrase.

  1. The recovery phrase option on NNS has 24 words to enter, not 12
  2. When I type in my 12 words, it says “This is not a word that is associated with recovery phrases”

It seems as if the security/recovery phrase system has changed since I last logged in in 2022. How do I recover my $500 that is staked?
