Recovery Phrase is incorrect BUT its right! please help all my crypto is on the inns

Please help me, I’m super down right now.

I had Touch ID connected to my NNS on safari, I broke my laptop screen and I had to get it replaced and because of this for some reason I had to change my laptop password after I got the new screen. I just tried to log in with my Touch ID today but its been removed from my laptop so I can’t log in anymore. I wrote down in 2 places my 24 word seed phrase and its saying error, did you type it in correctly? I’m 100% sure that is correct. I don’t have a recovery device. I have my identity number which is 7 digits and I have a long long code with numbers and letters and my 24 word phrase. I beg for assistance as this is all my life in there Please help.

Which laptop were you using?

Where did you input your 24 words? Did you follow the “Lost Access” and then “Recovery Phrase” flow?

Which error do you get after you input your 24 words?

Click on “Lost Access”

Then in “Use recovery phrase”

The order of the words matter.
