lol you guys, it’s the 4th today!
Yes, but now when he has account suspended, seems he made new one - chikun
Which tokens that went to zero?
Also, if you actually used your eyes and read the yaml the min commitment is 1 Icp.
Tendys team has worked on numerous blue chip projects on the Ic, working closely with windoge, sneed, clown, icpswap, sonic swap, NTN and many others.
The sns is a great software platform, the “raise” isn’t the goal.
BobbyO: The chicken has been taken off the board / No this was one of the more enjoyable things I’ve done in recent history, Me becoming a whale = game over for Tendy / They can pump it if they want, It’ll just go straight into cloud / Guess who is a Tendy whale? Me If you pump it - lol… FAFO I will send this shitter BELOW $0 Where it belongs
Tendy this is why you try to do SNS, you are done.
I don’t understand how a post by a twitter influencer has anything to do with TENDY team wanting to sns to work with NTN and sneed dao?
So there are some caveats here:
There are withdrawel limits on sns transfers, so similar to @dogmi it would take some time.
@rem.codes has suggested a neuron with 80% of the supply with no dissolve delay no lock period to secure for the converter dapp, but then it will take numerous treasury transfers to fund the swap/converter for ICRCs into governance tokens.
In regard to the SNS withdrawal limits, we had a similar experience with $MOTOKO.
In this instance however, I believe Tendies should be able to transfer the entire (tendies) treasury balance to the converter dApp within a single proposal, as the value of the treasury should fall within the bracket without transfer restriction.
Ok this is great so the Swap/Converter can be funded in a single proposal, leaving Rem’s method viable to secure 80% of the chickens for the swap.
@Accumulating.icp I had a thought. This presupposes governance tendies would remain under the threshold correct?
Assuming the Launchpad makes 10 Icp, than the gov tokens should still be under that amount; correct?
Distributing 10% within the decentralization sale for a total of 10 ICP will establish the market cap at 100 ICP, which should be more than enough room for you to execute this proposal without hitting restriction🤝
Maybe just be quick before an LP is created & the NNS references a new price
Thanks for sharing.
Please could you explain the innovation that qualifies Tendy as a next-generation SNS.
What do your dapp canisters do (what’s the product)?
There is one dapp canister that you propose to decentralise under the SNS - zdgud-kqaaa-aaaal-ajn4q-cai
. Could you point me to the source code?
Please also list out any other canisters that form part of this solution (whether or not they’re being decentralised), including any frontend canisters.
Thanks
Hi, Henry can’t post because there’s a rate limit on new accounts, here is his response:
Thank you! So to answer your question:
Why we are “innovative”:
We have worked closely with sneed dao a, and are looking for this sns to be able to interact with these daos via our own sns to per sue faster and more experimental canister deployments than we can currently do with daos of sneeds size. We plan on utilizing vectors by NTN to interact with sneed daos defi canister.
Initially, we want to only decentralize the front end page and dragon wizards, with eventually registering the corn explorer though we are waiting for the source to be published on our git hub.
Bitcorn.dev is a simple landing page
Front end: 4pdas-zaaaa-aaaan-qdmxa-cai
Dragonwizards.com is a game/dkp hypothecator
GitHub - Bitcorn-labs/Paladinwizardsociety: Dragon Karma Hypothecator
front end: e4tvt-6yaaa-aaaao-a3sdq-cai
Back end: hjfd4-eqaaa-aaaam-adkmq-cai
Bitcorn explorer is a transaction explorer which populates txs and values from icpswap as well as reads sneeds defi canister
Back end: hwsdq-sqaaa-aaaag-qc6oa-cai
Backfront end: suemn-5aaaa-aaaap-qb62q-cai
The yaml is a work in progress and all canister ids will be added soon, as well as clarifying:
No maturity front tendys
And the above stated token allocations.
We will publish the Bitcorn explorer code as rapidly as possible.
Please feel free to ask questions as we would like this sns to pass the initial proposal into the Launchpad
The Tendy team has been one of the first supporters of Sneed DAO. They are one of the most trustworthy developers we have worked with on ICP and we fully support their SNS efforts.
Best of luck!
Could you clarify when you’re planning to raise the proposal?
I would recommend making that clear by editing your post where you announced it.
All source code should be shared before the proposal. That’s what the community syndication phase is for. What’s the rush?
Could you categorise what Tendy is. A game, multiple games, a games platform, something else which also includes a game? I’m struggling to wrap my head around exactly what Tendy is and how it all slots together.
Do you have any technical diagrams that explain your canister architecture and what everything does in relation to the other canisters?
Thanks
First of All I would like to thank Benni for the copy paste response, it’s tough to launch an sns when being banned for ??? Reasons.
So, what is tendies
? We are a group of developers that have worked extensively on numerous canisters for the past couple years. We really enjoy the sns, and currently work closely with sneed dao.
“What’s the rush”: we have been involved in Icp as a chain for two years; and have a lot of lore. We “gotta go fast”, tendies does things on the fly. Breaks stuffs, fixes stuff, gets really fun things built. I don’t expect everyone to understand it but I do think it within our ethos to post our dev forum annoucment of an sns (this is actually the third time we’ve posted on the forums about this) as we configure the yaml and sort it out. We may not even test the sns! Just, “go live” but srsly, we have the ways and means to operate an sns well and we aren’t asking for funds.
As sneed develops into a very serious project, we feel that our impulsive and fast paced mindset is detrimental to the steady pace of sneeds development and deployments.
Also, there is a large contingent of daily ICP users whom appreciate a more lighthearted and edgy type of projects.
Tendys dao will be able to: respond to the ever changing cultural norms on the Ic with fast paced deployments, (dkp got dragonwizards.club, Bob got rebob.fun) and we are very engaging.
We would also like the dao to become a sort of PvP kleros court style funny place for spam proposals.
Why not have a fun well managed dao where users can feel comfortable to “make chicken noises in the chat”.
For us, the goal isn’t to “raise funds” the goal is to aquire the sns as a technological tool to, for lack of better words, hang out with our friends.
The initial yaml will include the Bitcorn front end page and dragon wizards.
There are some technical issues to publishing corn explorer source code as it’s a private repository on GitHub and the dev died. We will have to see how to do it.
So, @Lorimer, I will answer a couple more questuons but I do think; compared to some of the legitimate scam sns which have occurred our tendys dao should be a yes vote. We successful helped launch @icsneed which is chugging along nicely, and TENDY dao will operate in a fun and safe manor while allowing dao holders to interact with @icsneed @infu and @ICPSwap in a permissionless fashion. I don’t want to spill all the beans here but we have some fun and novel things planned.
So those are our cansiters, that’s the source code. Everything else is in the Bitcorn labs GitHub.
We are gonna push this sns in the next couple weeks.
As for “technical diagrams”: no we don’t. Feel free to check out the canisters. Maybe use them. Thanks.
If you have any more “due diligence” questions I recommend coming to the chat rooms where we are congregate on a regular basis so you aren’t operating in a vacuum.
Edit: the yaml has been updated for the tokens for the converter dap, and the dev neurons.
Edit: @Lorimer thank you for your suggestion for the non sns but register to sns subnet idea but we will per su this sns using the sneed sns methodology.
Could you explain what you mean in terms of faster canister deployments?
Could you explain why you need the launch pad and why what you’re trying to achieve benefits from being listed as an SNS on the NNS dapp?
Could you also clarify what the existing Tendys tokens are used for. Are they governance tokens? What proportion of these tokens are already owned by the dev team?
Tough to argue with that. Please wait to launch i need to get approved for a HELOC first so i can buy tendies.
Tendys are just for fun.
We aren’t doing your idea to just send dapps to the sns subnet because there’s no viability, no interface, and no tooling to use them (you know this already because we discussed it on discord.)
Tendys will have governance utilities post sns sale.
