Remove 32 Node Providers

@borovan here are recent onboarding statements from earlier this year for each of the node providers that you have listed in the OP that have active nodes in subnets. Hopefully everyone will see this an reply to your concerns before you submit proposals to remove them as Node Providers.

Please find the information regarding the excess nodes that will be transferred to the new Node Provider: 100 Count Holdings, LLC

The signed handover statement, containing the same information as below, can be found here.

28 node machines will be transferred from Existing Node Provider (MI Servers, LLC) to the New Node Provider (100 Count Holdings, LLC). The following details outline the specifics of this transfer:

1. Data Center Location:
   The 28 excess node machines will be operated by the New Node Provider in the following Data Center(s):

• 28 node machines in CH3 (Chicago 3 - CyrusOne)

2. Declaration of Independence:
   Both Existing Node Provider and New Node Provider declare that they do not have any majority control in each other’s operations, financial interests, or governance decisions. Each party operates independently, with no undue influence or control over the other’s activities.
3. Node Deployment Confirmation:
   This has not been completed yet. However, the Existing Node Provider confirms that this will be completed during the process of redeploying the nodes to the new Node Operator record of the new New Node Provider during the transition period, which is approximately between February 12 and March 15, 2025.
4. Reward Activation Date:
   The above-mentioned nodes will begin earning the new reward values as of February 1st, 2025.

Hey @roald-av8 would you please provide the forum username for Richard Ma? I can’t seem to find him. The handover statement you and he signed indicates that he is the Director for Blockchain Development Labs. I wanted to give him a heads up that Adam is planning to submit a proposal to remove the Blockchain Development Labs principal ID from the Node Provider list. Hopefully Richard can comment. It might help if you could explain how you know him.

I’m Roald, and I will be submitting a proposal to register 0X52 as a node provider, taking over excess nodes in TO1 from Blockchain Development Labs. This handover statement is being added to the Wiki and a forum post by BDL will follow.
