Maturity disburse to an exchange doesnt work?

Hi,

So after the NNS update where we can disburse our maturity to an ICP address of our liking. I have been disbursing to oisy wallet the past week, but this week i decided to disburse to bybit exchange. And today was the first day the first disbursement should arrive.

Nothing showed up. Its been 20 mins now after the disbursement has taken place and my ICP hasnt arrived in my bybit account.

Anyone has similar issue? Because i have a week of disbursement to my bybit account.

Almost 3 hours now and no ICP reached my bybit account. What can i do?

A full week of disbursement to my bybit account is already made. Over 67 ICP will not be received or gone?

Please let me know what i can do


As you can read it on your screenshots : « These disbursements are in progress and irreversible. 7 days after each disbursement started, new ICP tokens will be minted and sent to the destination address ».

The first disbursement was today to my bybit account and it didnt arrive. The screenshot just shows the remaining icp that will be disbursed in the future.

According to the dashboard, you have around 9,689 ICP at the address d87839576b6bfb6d2c96783172ed054afe693d18af16c80777573febeeff2ef4

Is it still not « there » ?

Yes it is still not there.

Dfinity Will answer you, but I guess it is on Bybit’s side. Maybe their AML processes don’t « like » the minting account. But don’t worry, your ICP are definitely not gone. As you can see on the dashboard, they do wait for you in your address.

Thanks, i will contact bybit. But it will suck if i keep contacting them for the next week because my icp keeps getting stuck. Let’s see what happens.

But it’s nice to know my icp isn’t gone and it’s shown on the blockchain. I hope they respond quick.
