I did not want to make this post.
ICPEx SNS went really well, there was even proposal Development Fund Allocation / roadmap / (Q1-Q2 2025)
30k ICP they sold on Bitget yesterday, and again 30k ICP today. IC Explorer - Internet Computer Block Explorer
A strange question, but who will top up canisters, some very close to freezing threshold. And why didnt they add some ICP as liquidity (even on theyr own platform cant trade its token)? Trying to use DEX, it gives swap error, so some canister already not working.
In proposal was Team Expansion, but no need expert to top up canisters when looking more team members.
Lets hope that im overreacting and by tomorrow they top up all important canisters and add liquidity.
That was just one last scam before the Neuron Fund pause.
A DEX with only $10,000 TVL managed to secure 130,000 ICP in funding, haha, alright then.
(And Looks like all the tokens inside have gone to zero.)
It shows -100% because canister fails to update data, low cycles.
They’re busy laundering money and have no time for trivial things like adding cycles or providing liquidity.
It was a scam.
I’ll happily provide a bounty for anybody who can link this to any of the other scammers that have been mentioned on these forums in the past few weeks.
Ok, it seems there was dev neuron in SNS launch info, 120 mil tokens. Treasury says hosting cycles, sell into ICP to cover cycles o.o
If only there were people in the community warning everyone and saw this a mile away…
Some poor naive guy on reddit today posted that icp swap was broken because of 86% slippage on this scam.
@Henn91 Thank you for pointing this out. Our cycles were initially managed through cycleops.dev, but after migrating to the SNS framework, the previous auto-top-up function became inactive, causing some canisters to approach critical levels.
We’ve topped up several hundred ICP to stabilize the system and are in active contact with the cycleops.dev team to explore SNS-compatible integration — this transition takes time.
DEX responsiveness and liquidity are now top optimization priorities. We appreciate your continued support and feedback!
@ysyms @borovan @PrisonBreak Thank you all for your recent attention to ICPEX. Here is an official update addressing the community’s key concerns:
On Liquidity and System Stability:
After migrating the project to the SNS framework, our previous auto top-up mechanism via cycleops.dev became inactive, which caused some canisters to run low on cycles and affected system availability. We’ve urgently replenished several hundred ICP and are now working closely with the cycleops.dev team to integrate SNS support, ensuring long-term system stability and sustainable operations.
On UI and Trading Experience Upgrade:
We have completed a full UI redesign of ICPEX (see attached design previews), and our product and engineering teams are actively developing the new version. This upgrade focuses on resolving trading inefficiencies caused by the cross-subnet and multi-canister architecture. A solid technical plan is already in place, and we aim to launch a new ICPEX within the next 1–2 months, delivering a significantly improved user experience and bringing real innovation to the IC ecosystem.
On AI Development:
Our AI team is also making steady progress. ICPEX AI (https://ai.icpex.org/) is now live in its early form. It integrates on-chain data, AI models, and social sentiment analysis to create a smart investment decision engine. ICPEX AI can not only predict token price movements but also provide real-time high-frequency metrics and sentiment insights to help users make more informed decisions. In addition, we are working closely with the Anda framework to push ICPEX to the forefront of AI + Crypto innovation.
On ICX Liquidity and Trading Pair Support:
We’ve already added initial liquidity for ICX to ensure smooth trading. You can now trade ICX through the following link ICPEx
We will continue to inject liquidity and support more trading pairs to improve depth and trading experience across the board.
You can find more details about our roadmap and development plans in the whitepaper. We’ll continue listening to the community and building a better ICPEX together. Thank you for your understanding and support!

@ICPEx
Very generous of you to provide
1700/237000=0.00717
less than 1% of the icp you raised as liquidity on your own product which is a dex.
I get that you are competing with icp swap but people cant even trade 2 icp tokens on other dexes without taking massive slippage.
How do you expect community confidence in your project when you show no confidence in it by not providing any liquidity?
I don’t understand why still have ppl to invest this kind of shiiiits? They just try to play ppl here.
It seems like the ICPEX team is preoccupied with selling ICPs rather than focusing on the operation of their own website.
