I encountered a problem while using Internet Identity to verify my identity:
I have set up a WINDOWS HELL PIN on my computer. But the option to enter a PIN no longer appears when logging in or verifying Internet I identity, but instead appears in the Security Center window, why? How to solve it?

If you still can’t get the PIN prompt to appear:

Test on a different device** (like another Windows PC)
Or try logging in via external security key (like YubiKey) if set up
