- Log in with the exact number: Go to the official NNS Dapp, click Login, and manually enter your original number instead of signing up for a new one. [1]
- Use the correct device/authenticator: Authenticate using the exact biometric method, security key, or device you originally registered with that specific number. [1]
- Check for a recovery phrase: If you added a recovery phrase (seed phrase) or a secondary device/recovery method to your original Internet Identity when you first made it, use the recovery option on the login screen.
