hi, i had a wallet in nns and staked some icp but because of the war of iran and the internet was shutdown i couldnt connect, after a while now i cant enter my wallet and it automatically creating new wallets. what should i do?
- Find your original Identity Anchor: Look through your old browser history, password managers, screenshots, or backup emails for a number (your Internet Identity Anchor).
- Log in with the exact number: Go to the official NNS Dapp, click Login, and manually enter your original number instead of signing up for a new one. [1]
- Use the correct device/authenticator: Authenticate using the exact biometric method, security key, or device you originally registered with that specific number. [1]
- Check for a recovery phrase: If you added a recovery phrase (seed phrase) or a secondary device/recovery method to your original Internet Identity when you first made it, use the recovery option on the login screen.
