Imagine a space where people can propose project ideas, and developers—not companies—manage those projects. A true community: creating tasks, reviewing code, merging PRs, and allocating funds to contributors. Payments would be released only after the work is delivered and validated by the DAO itself.
We need to move past the Web2 mindset of hiring people to build products controlled by individuals or companies, with no community input or transparency.
In a real Web3 world, projects should be open source, community-driven, and collectively owned. Everyone should have the chance to make money, learn how to build on the Internet Computer (ICP), and collaborate to create something big.
The tools are here. The talent is here. We just need someone bold enough to light the way.
