As mentioned by @MalithHatananchchige, @aligatorr89 makes a very good point about o3ow2 (well caught!). This subnet is over the memory usage threshold for public subnets, and should really have been made private by this proposal (not a reason to reject this proposal, just a reason to submit a follow-up one).
