I am unable to sign into my internet identity on KongSwap. I have tried using multiple web browsers, incognito modes, different computers, etc.

It does not load, i get this error:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Ah as I expected the domain name has likely been blocked by your internet provider and/or your dns.
Could you also check if https://icp0.io loads or not? It should redirect to https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org.
Ahhh, it does not load… Any ideas why this would be blocked/ideas on what I can do? Can I alter something in my router settings?

A while back the domain was inadvertently listed as spam domain: [Resolved] Icp0.io listed in Spamhaus DBL
This has since been resolved, but it’s likely that your internet provider has not updated its spam list yet to remove the domain again.
I would recommend first to try a different DNS than your internet provider and see if that resolves the issue, here are some options:
