Staking isn’t feasible with the current implementation. The IC model is far better— as slashing for missed blocks wouldn’t work since NPs invest $500K to $1M+ in hardware based on IC’s strict requirements. In other networks hardware cost is next to nothing.
IC isn’t just software on a server; it’s the OS itself, making it highly secure but limiting NP debugging due to restricted logs. Until logs are more accessible, this approach remains necessary.
