If SuiNS is still on a central cloud, and the network updates are also automated through that central cloud, it means the technology isn’t comparable to ICP. It’s just a smoke-screen tactic.
It would be nice to see a case where the code is updated against the will of the corresponding foundation. But I haven’t seen that case. Actually, we have seen cases where motion proposals that are approved by the community are not executed in the code because of the foundation.
