Android device lost access to passkey for the NNS / Internet Identity after software update

Hello After performing the official android samsung software update, when trying to log in to the NNS as usual, it gives a error saying something like: no passkey available , there are no passkeys on this device for identity.ic0.app. Is it possible for a samsung software update to erase something important as a passkey that is stored in the TPM chip?
