ICP swap lost all funds.... out of the blue

Hello there,

So what happened is as followed: I always logged in ICP swap with my 1.0 account. I literally was offshore for a while and I did not want to move over to 2.0, upgrades and such; I am terrified of such things due to past events which resulted in exactly the same that happened now.

Now the following: yesterday 27-1 I want to get into ICPSwap again and the whole 1.0 login method is removed. The only thing available is Internet Identity, so I logged into that way; had to go through a few steps and checked my funds; bam! Everything 0. How to resolve this? I already submitted a ticket but have no responce yet. There is nothing available in the pool, addresses on the same account are all different, even in the main ICP wallet (not ICPSwap) everything is gone.

Help, it can’t just go away like there was not ever anything.

Did you Upgrade your II 1.0 to II 2.0. Currently it seems you made new account with II 2.0.

I thought I did by following the steps in ICPSwap, but maiby I am missing something. Let me check.

It’s resolved! Thank you, I did miss something I see. The topic can be closed. Solution was that I did not click “upgrade” yet.
