SNS Proposals where parameters are changed need better descriptions on the NNS voting page

I think that the Proposals to change any SNS parameters, need to be better displayed and explained on the voting page.

Something like this is very hard to read and see what is going on. Especially for someone who is not an expert at the parameters. Just listing the payload json is a mess. A proper break down and listing of the parameters which are changing, would definitely be more helpful.
