i was staking icp to the papaya sns and the exchanges took a wild to process the transaction and before i could add 3 more icp because the sns requires 10 per staking. my 7 icp disappeared when the sns closed and have reached out to waterneuron with no help so i am hoping to get some help here. the issue has not bren resolved and i am out of 7 icp.

Also have some issue with Waterneuron worth 100 ICP and they haven’t solved it yet ( Léo is very good at ignoring people btw )

it has been a rocky road but everyone shoud matter to waterneuron no matter the size of issue but we are all waiting to support the ecosystem and we support the system we deserve support no matter the load … i just wish the sns was a bit more safe on the return of funds automatically with a bit of a note to account holders.
tried it and it was sketchy i got 404 on the links than when the rapid share link work it was asking me to put in my seed phrase i have to draw the line on that b.s .
