A number of users are unable to redeem coupons and are receiving the following error message:
Redeeming coupon. This may take up to 30 seconds…
Error: Failed ‘redeem_to_cycles_ledger’ call.
Caused by: The replica returned a rejection error: reject code SysTransient, reject message Ingress message 0x026683dcbf1fd1d089ff776964ba21b8bd921d10cc42130d61b25da9d2053416 timed out waiting to start executing., error code None

I too am unable to redeem coupons when I tried as at 09-15-2024 @ 1400 UTC.

Ledger transfers are working (e.g. dfx cycles transfer works).

The subnet on which the faucet lives had a huge amount of load over the weekend, probably from icps.fun or some other memecoin that just launched. An ingress timeout also clearly points in that direction. The hype seems to have died down, so things should work again
