New staked Icp not seen in my account

Hallo please help, I send 3 januari 2026 my 164.443 ICP to my excisting stake account, and afther a few days i ask for help and they told me it have to change to Neurons so wait? I did wait but stil today i only see my staked account and not filled with my extra ICP? please advise.

Not to panic, mate, there’s no cause for alarm.

Did you send it to your NNS wallet, if so, than you need to go to your neuron and add ICP to it. If you made new neuron, than you see your amount there.

If you sent ICP to some other wallet, you lost it. And who told you to wait for what?

Yes i send it to NNS app, the rest i do not understand i am sorry.

i go to my neuron (staking) and see my amount of 313.75 but there is no where the new icp

and yes i send it to to same adres like “increase stake” buton and via my ledger it is send to there somwhere ?

First track your ICP movement. Exchange address - your NNS - Staked neuron. You can use https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org/ search by adding your public address and see where funds went.
You can give your address so we could track.

Login to the NNS there should be a wallet with its own address and one or more staking wallets ( neurons ) with their own address

I tink i found it, there are two options

1; show neurons

2; show principal and adres on device

but Steven needs to manually merge or add the ICP to his existing neuron via the NNS dapp.

how do i do this ?
