Proposals 137216 & 137217 | Tim - CodeGov
Vote: Reject
These two proposals add new node operator IDs for node provider ParaFi Technologies NS LLC. The node provider ID given in the proposals match the information in the node provider record in the dashboard. The node allowance for this NP totals 42, consistent with the agreed maximum of 42. The essential requirements for adding these node operators have been met, however @andy-parafi has submitted these proposals without responding to the earlier question as to why 9Yards Capital’s website lists ParaFi as part of its portfolio even though he has specifically said (here) that the node purchase has no funding from them. The current bar for proving independence from other node providers (based on executed motion proposals) is not very high, but I do think it is necessary to acknowledge the discrepancy that’s been observed as this would serve to back up the assertions made in ParaFi’s declaration forms.
