Hi All, we want to clarify a few things:

  1. First, ParaFi Technologies NS LLC and ParaFi Technologies LLC (collectively, “ParaFi Tech”) are 100% owned by ParaFi. ParaFi Tech operates independently, with no cross-ownership or affiliation with any outsiders, including Rivonia Holdings.
  2. Second, ParaFi Tech will independently operate and wholly own this Node, its operations, and infrastructure. There are no other investors involved, no financing, and no sketchy activities. ParaFi Tech is a sound node operator, active in Ethereum since 2022, and we have the direct funds to complete this purchase.
  3. The Dfinity Foundation has reviewed the corporate structure and is aware of this transaction.
  4. 9yards and ParaFi have known each other for over 6 years and have co-invested together across the space. For avoidance of doubt, the purchase of these ICP nodes is made entirely in our independent capacity without funding, control, or affiliation with 9yards and/or Rivonia Holdings. ParaFi Technologies will maintain independence and control across operations and governance decisions.
