Our disclosures on the wiki also clearly show the ownership of GeoNodes between George and myself and this was never a secret, on the contrary George and I have made every effort to set things up transparently.
I have never met Aksinia Stavskaya and do not know her.
I am guessing you have not made use of the new tool that @EnzoPlayer0ne linked here earlier. There is only ONE group of 5 node providers that are all linked together transferring funds between each other and yet totally in their own ecosystem.
The great thing about blockchain is that there is always a permanent record of where the tokens flow, which can be accessed by anyone. This is one of the core tenets of decentralization.
For ease 82 is you, 36 is your shared deposit address, 98 is Paul (yet to get started as he has 0 nodes). E7 is Geeta (never knew she was so into crypto, such a dark horse, strange she never mentioned it at any of the parent meet ups we had!) 6C is George, A8 is GeoNodes.
The others are accounts I guess you thought would hide the transfers.
Also, I have heard the âI have already answered thisâ defense a million times before. The chain doesnât lieâŠ
Yes, I have seen it and have looked at it, but are you alleging something from that? We didnât try to hide anything. We sell rewards sometimes, sometimes we donât sell. I have sold on CEX and on Helix, I donât think there is anything else to it? What do you mean by âin their own ecosystemâ, how would we be connected to anyone else? 36 is probably a CEX account that we used to sell rewards, I donât think there is an issue with that?
A deposit address? Rewards get deposited into each principal obviously. How we do our off ramping is a separate matter, we also have expenses to pay, individual expenses and for GeoNodes shared expenses, and there can be cost savings by offsetting and saving transaction costs. I donât think one should insinuate things based on this diagram, we have real world data center expenses etc. to pay in fiat.
No one is suggesting you cant run your business or withdraw your rewards. Right so what the diagram should look like.
Is george nodes â-> george deposit adress
Tina nodes â-> tina deposit adress
Geonodees ââ> geo deposit address
Geetanodes. ââ> geeta deposit address
But the thing is george node shares a link to every deposit address which suggests he is in fact the one running all of them. Im pretty sure you understand this.
This is maybe what you want to see, but this is not how it is in reality. Rewards are received into each principal and letâs take Geonodes, we are co-owners of GeoNodes so the rewards get transferred afterwards to both of us. But how we transfer these rewards and do the off ramping can vary based on how we settle real world fiat expenses each month and other factors. Also, what if one of us off-ramps rewards and then transfers fiat rather than ICP to the other? What if one of us pays GeoNodes fiat expenses for a month, doesnât want to sell any ICP and in fact would like to accumulate more, so the other one transfers their share of fiat expenses in ICP? There are so many different reasons for transfers.
I can only add colour on what is the real world set-up and we didnât hide anything or intended to. I own and control 4 nodes under my own name and 50% of GeoNodes, and there are simple business reasons why both George (6C in the diagram) and I (82 in the diagram) sent ICP to 36 (CEX account in the diagram).
There is also node provider working group on Monday and we can kickstart discussions on how this should be handled going forward, some suggestions have already been made on the forum.
