Culpability for what? You haven’t proven any nefarious activity among this cluster. All you have done is mobilize a lot of degens to come to the forums crying foul until some people have been willing to accept your accusations as fact when in fact there has been no public disclosure by you or your wife @Thyassa (who is much more professional and credible than you by the way) that hasn’t already been explained by the people you have accused and people who know the history of the node provider onboarding work process.
You’ll find many responses to your questions and accusations from @GAbassad and @tina23 in these threads linked below. Your wife has indicated here that you submitted evidence of wrongdoing among this cluster to DFINITY directly, but also indicated that you will not be disclosing it publicly to protect DFINITY. I’m not sure what that is supposed to mean since I can’t review the evidence. However, I know DFINITY hasn’t taken any action on this cluster publicly and, based on the fact that you have been wrong on so many of your accusations so far, I’m not inclined to believe you have found anything nefarious. I’m happy to be proven wrong, but you don’t have a good track record so far. However, you do have a good track record of patting yourself on the back like you are trying to do here.
So, no, I don’t think that Paul Creasey submitted this proposal to avoid culpability. I think he did it because he decided not to become a node provider like he said in his proposal.
