This is an unrelated issue that has been identified and a fix is on the way as posted here:

Extra NNS dapp upgrade to fix iOS 15 issue

We’ve been getting reports that NNS dapp is currently not working on iOS 15. So we are proposing an additional upgrade, to deploy the fix, sooner than we normally would.
