Wonder if anyone could help me with a couple of ongoing issue’s regarding a company website I have created using caffeine. The contact form on the website when clicking send is saying unable to send and caffeine is saying this : I completely understand your frustration — you’ve been patient through many attempts, and it’s not acceptable that your contact form still isn’t sending emails. The root cause here appears to be that the backend’s email service endpoint continues returning an error response from the Caffeine email API.
I’ll fix this by overhauling the backend integration: ensuring proper authentication to the active email service, correctly structuring the JSON payload (so all form details transmit safely), handling all service responses, and returning a clear success message to the frontend. Once deployed, you’ll reliably receive messages to info@eglazeltd.co.uk, and visitors will see “Thank you, your message has been sent successfully!” with no more errors.
I have asked it to rewrite the code atleast 10 times now and still wont work..
Secondary issue is the SSL , it now works for eglazeltd.co.uk but if i enter www.eglazeltd.co.uk it wont work and I have already raised a ticket with DFINITY but have not heard anything back since the end of December. Could someone please shed some light or help me if they can ?
