I’ve been consistently receiving the following error messages in Caffeine AI across multiple consecutive requests. The issue occurs even with simple and previously working prompts, so it seems to be related to a configuration or backend problem rather than prompt complexity. Error messages:

: The AI encountered difficulties with your request. Please rephrase it or split it into simpler steps.
:
: A configuration error was detected. Please contact the Caffeine team regarding this issue.
:: Our AI could not handle this request. Consider making it clearer or simpler. Could you please look into this? The errors appear one after another on multiple attempts.

I wrote there first, but it’s been three days now with no reply. One of the team members supposedly asked me to give them the project ID, but there’s been no response for two days. Also, there’s no reply from the feedback section on the platform…
