The goal is to start somewhere and to protect the DAO from any potential threat or attack at the beginning.

You could apply that argument to any SNS. The main reason for decentralising is for security. 50% VP at genesis has been sufficient reason for SNS rejections in the past. Why should that not be the case here?

The DAO will use 50% of the SNS donation to directly support the Akashinga organization

How will this be organised? Where will the funds get transferred to? Will it get converted to fiat before it goes to this charity? Who will be managing this? How can participants in this DAO have confidence that the funds arrive with this charity? How can the DAO have confidence that the recipient is legitimately a charity? Why is this the chosen charity and who made this choice?
