How do I access my ICP neuron subaccount balance?

Hello,
I would like to know how I can access the ICP in my neuron subaccount balance? I stake primarily on the NNS via ledger, but would like to know how I can disburse my ICP that is dissolving in under 24 hours. My Neuron has an 8.11icp~ stake but considerably more in the neuron subaccount balance. For reference, it is staked using the Airgap wallet.

Check your dissolve delay. You have 18 hours left (it’s currently dissolving). Once it’s dissolve you’ll be able to disburse the ICP to a chosen address
