ERC-20 twin on $ICP and getting traded on Uniswap V3

I saw there is an ERC-20 $ICP twin that exist on Ethereum and getting traded on Uniswap V3 as well, again WETH already.
Opening CMC and checking contract address actually shows this ERC-20 contract address as ICP ledger address instead of actual $ICP address.

Who deployed this contract, is this an authorized one from foundation itself? If not, how person got this information updated in CMC?
If this is from foundation itself, are there any official update posted?

It is bridged by OneSec and authorized. We’re working to get the warning removed from Uniswap. The ICP ledger address does still show on CMC but you have to click the dropdown arrow, we are trying to get the ICP address to show as the default.
