Call for Participation: SNS usage survey

Hello everyone,

I am currently conducting fundamental research for my Master of Science Thesis and I would like to invite you to participate in a survey aimed at exploring how the DApps that are governend by an SNS DAO can create shared value and support long-term sustainability within the SNS ecosystem. The survey will take about 5-7 minutes to complete, and all responses will be kept confidential and used solely for academic purposes.

Understanding the dynamics of the SNS ecosystem is crucial as it involves a wide range of stakeholders. My goal is to examine how these interactions contribute to value creation and whether SNS can be classified as an “ecosystem business model.” This approach, which applies insights from traditional Web2 business models to the DAO space, has not yet been explored and aims to fill gaps in our understanding of decentralized ecosystems.

I’ll utilize several theoretical frameworks to illustrate how organizations operate within ecosystems, adapt to their environments, and foster innovation and resilience. This, in turn, leads to shared value and strengthens the overall ecosystem. By applying these frameworks to the context of DApps, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of how collaboration can create a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem and how value is generated through stakeholder interactions.

Hi Sabrina! It’s cool to see that you’re researching the SNS. I’ll definitely fill out the form. Are you focusing solely on the SNS or will you also research other forms of DAOs in different ecosystems?

I’m also currently conducting research for my BA thesis. I’m trying to evaluate the effect decentralized business models, like DAOs and dApps, have on consumer trust, and whether those have any benefits for Austrian businesses, compared to traditional business models.
