Hi everyone,
Iâve intentionally avoided contributing to what seems like a pointless effort to engage in meaningful conversation, but I felt it was important to clear up some misinformation that has been circulating.
Wenzel is not involved in BOOM in any capacity. He hasnât been part of the team, hasnât participated in any decision-making, and has had no role in the recent events or actions taken. Any claims suggesting otherwise are completely false and appear to be part of a broader pattern of misdirection. Any issues people have with Wenzel, at least from my perspective, are completely unwarranted. We donât have to agree with everything everyone says or does, but the level of hatred and downright hurtful commentary happening across various platforms compels me to clarify this.
Letâs stick to factsânot narratives. If weâre serious about moving forward and fixing whatâs broken, it starts with truth, clarity, and putting an end to these baseless and inflammatory comments.
Again, Iâve tried my best to stay out of the unproductive discourse happening, but I cannot sit idly by while deliberate attacks are made against someone who, in my experience, has done nothing but try to better the ICP ecosystem as a whole.
I believe the real opportunity here is to spend our time and energyâcollectivelyâfiguring out how to prevent nefarious actions by anyone against the true intentions of the DAO and its members. The intention of this message is not to pick a side; I believe there have been both opportunities and mistakes made on all sides. Ultimately, the exploitation of vulnerabilities in the SNS parameters created a cluster of chaos that highlighted significant flaws in the framework itself.

Do we know how much the whole development of boom cost from sns till now? The price just went down, the frontend never changed and we only have little click games from developers who won grants out of community investors. Here and on discord we have mabe 10 active members. . Their website saya 60k members⌠99% just draing the boom treasury without any activity. Most of the time when boom didnt work (over and over) the little community always had to ask for help because most of the time no one cared. I think for all those money burnt by the team a little more enthusiasm and good will would have helped. So years after this slow "development " adam came⌠put a lot of money into it⌠took some money out and the complete dao crashed⌠i dont know if it was a good idea what adam did, but i think he was honest about his plans .. i dont think it will help him with draggins when he weakens the icp structure. Whoever took the money should reverse his mistake asap or should go to jail !
