BoomDAO issued 250M BOOM token to themselves, yes. They didn’t sell them though. They sold through another account by granting themselves 18M from the BoomDAO treasury. See proposal 655. The funds were later transferred and sold on ICP Swap (tx records).
The said 11900 ICP wasn’t about TRAX. It is proposal 498 that took out ICP from BoomDAO and credited them to Adam, with the proposal title “refund”. Adam also has admitted he got the refund from the Boom team.
Yes! we should totally ignore them market selling after minting 25% of the supply via a covert proposal. Truly great standards being set here by @wpb and co!!

You win. I give up. Your moderation techniques and lack of willingness to apply forum rules is making it impossible to have a reasonable conversation on the forum. I’m taking a break.
I’m tired of not seeing Dfinity take a stand on civilized discourse. I’m tired of the false narratives. I’m tired of outright lies being allowed to stand over and over and over. I’m tired of every post I make getting hidden by default and having to open hidden posts to see what other people have written. I’m tired of bad actors, some of which have been suspended multiple times before, are being allowed to stick around and continue making false accusations and personal attacks. I’m simply tired.
There has been a noticeable shift in moderation enforcement in spite of the claim a couple of weeks ago that forum moderation would be strengthened. It now heavily favors Borovan and his followers. I interpret that to mean that some shift has occurred in Dfinity leadership and that this reduction in moderation enforcement is intentional.
It’s simply not worth it right now to engage in these conversations. We are getting nowhere.

2025-04-26 03:48:20 Proposal 448 was executed (36% YES), which set min DD to 1 year, and max DD to 8 years.
2025-04-26 04:31:32 Proposal 496 was executed (73% YES), which set min DD to 5 years.
2025-04-26 04:36:13 Proposal 498 was executed (100% YES), which took out 11.9K ICP from the Boom DAO treasury and gave them to Adam.
2025-04-26 05:11:16 Proposal 499 was created, trying to mint 1Bil BOOM tokens to give to Adam. But it was later rejected (63% YES, not enough to surpass 66%) on 2025-04-27 11:36:16.
2025-05-05 02:54:29 Proposal 617 was executed (36% YES), which set min DD to 55 years, max DD to 84 years. As a result, after this no one except the proposer of 617, i.e. the Boom DAO team, has VP and took over the control of the Boom DAO SNS.
2025-05-05 02:56:38 Proposal 653 was executed (100% YES), which minted 250M new BOOM tokens to the BoomDAO team.
2025-05-05 02:56:38 Proposal 654 was executed (100% YES), which out 8900 ICP tokens from the Boom DAO treasury and gave them to the BoomDAO team.
2025-05-05 03:02:16 Proposal 655 was executed (100% YES), which took out 18M BOOM tokens from Boom DAO treasury and gave them to the BoomDAO team, who immediately started selling them on ICPSwap (tx records).
