Bioniq BTC to ckBTC failed swap

Hey there,

I’m wondering if anyone else has had issues swapping BTC for ckBTC on bioniq marketplace.

I made the transaction, and it even showed a pending ckBTC balance, but then the pending transaction disappeared and I have not received my ckBTC. It’s been over 12 hours so far. I see the BTC in a wallet which only has 1 transaction ( my wallet sending the btc ).

Can anyone help me recover the BTC?
