- Helper Contracts: Mint and burn wrapped ICP tokens on EVM chains.
- Enhanced Minter Canister: Securely handles lock/mint and burn events.
- Flexible Treasury Options: Locked ICP can be managed in the Minter Canister or a dedicated Treasury Canister.
