you can either convert testnet4 BTC using the same flow that exists for BTC. This is generally supported in OISY, if you activate testnets there in the settings. However, at the moment this is not really convenient and might be confusing (cc @StefanBerger-DFINIT1)
Most recently, @LevanIlashvili provided a faucet to easily obtain testnet4 BTC as well as ckTESTBTC which enables users to test his upcoming service ckBoost.
