I just posted this, I think bare minimum if you want to be a leader in community you should introduce your self.

Deliberation is an extremely important step of any democracy. Proposals with out deliberation is aggressive. Hence from now on I’m going to personally be voting no on all proposals that are not given ample time for deliberation on this platform. I am only posting this on the forum to encourage everyone to do the same. Edit: this goes specially for named neuron. I think if you want to be a representative of community you need to introduce your self formally.
