Thank you so much for the feedback you’ve provided us and the stimulating discussion so far! We’ve read every message and you put many valuable nuggets of ideas and potential improvements in there. In particular, this got us thinking about how a unified token model for the onicai SNS and the funnAI Protocol could look like. While not easy technically and tokenomics-wise, we’re happy that together we explored this opportunity and the possibilities it opens up. By taking the best of both worlds (“classical” SNS governance token and mined Proof-of-AI-Work token) and combining these into this new proposal for the onicai SNS and its ONICAI token, we created a stronger framework, and frankly something very novel (think world premier); we call it
“Truly Open AI with Bitcoin Tokenomics, combined with community-owned governance and sustainable funding mechanisms”.
Our goal throughout was to find a solution which would align all onicai SNS stakeholders - SNS decentralization sale participants, the ICP ecosystem, the broader AI community, the existing funnAI and onicai community, as well as current and future developers and contributors - and a well-balanced solution that represents a win/win/win/win/win situation for all.
We are very excited to share with you this solution today and to work together with you to make it a reality! Foremost, the revised and enhanced whitepaper shows the envisioned path towards this onicai SNS and its contributions to decentralized AI. In addition, we are sharing more resources that we hope will prove valuable to you while assessing in which role you would like to take part in the onicai journey. We’re looking forward to it!
