The report and information is very wrong in so many ways!

the reality is motoko dao spend more token treasury than any other dao!!!

Maybe the thread creator should fix his report—errors included, perhaps courtesy of his cousin Cakemaker—before obsessing over my emotions and remembering that the Motoko DAO is still stagnant.

Dissolving Neuron =/= Liquid Treasury
This report was written in regard to what they actually have liquid in their treasury.
93,995 ICP spent over 6 months…
166,770 ICP spent since Q4 2024…
Its interesting to learn that they have burnt through so much of the treasury, they’re now resorting to dissolving the DAOs neurons to fund team expenses.
400-800$ a week, depending on hours worked, which translates to 80-160 $ICP.
Never received a dollar from Bioniq/Sentinels/Mechs.
The information is all available - you can find that many SNS DAOs have spent a majority of their $ICP treasury (hundreds of thousands of $ICP), on paying team expenses. This sounds like a propaganda piece to the harm Motoko DAO!!
In some cases, per person, which is competitive to employees of DFINITY!
Reviewing their proposal to create the neurons, it’s interesting, because ICP was lower than it is now, yet they claimed they’d have more than enough to cover expenses over the next 2 years.
Less than 2 years later, they’ve already burnt through the entirety of their liquid runway, have dissolved a 100k ICP neuron and spent it, and are dissolving another 100k ICP neuron to spend on team expenses.
“So what if their token is down 25% and they’ve taken 40% of the treasury to pay themselves, THEY CAN DISSOLVE MORE NEURONS TO SELL MORE!!”
And you aren’t seeing the problem here..?

You are very very wrong. They have 50,000 - 100,000 icp liquid today. Another 100,000 in october. And more if they need it. You said 9 weeks runway. You are very wrong.
You have been paid a huge amount from motoko treasury. I see the proposals. Again your numbers are wrong. What have you done from your payment? There is nothing.
It is clear that you are trying to put attention to other projects when you are taking the treasury from the motoko dao and want others to not look there.
The irony in these statements is amazing;

You’re correct that they have another 100k ICP dissolving on October 8th;
With their current liquid treasury, they have 9 weeks of runway. They have to continuously dissolve the DAOs neurons, which were created to obtain influence over the NNS & accrue voting rewards, if they want more runway.
It’s really easy to reference the proposals, and find exactly what was accomplished within any given week, by ANY of the team members. We are paid on an hourly basis, with tasks directly reported to request DAO funding in retrospect. Over the last 3 months, on average, I was paid 750$ a week.
The report shows a clear difference between the amount other SNS are taking in contrast to the amount the Motoko DAO team is paid - it’s interesting that some have taken 30%-90% of their treasury for team payments, and your worried about one of the lowest paid teams in the ecosystem.
I think the moderators should step in and name this person for their attempt at propaganda. What they have presented is clear smear campaign against other sns dao and false.

They have nicp and lp, it is close to 100,000 icp total. There are so many people here telling you where you are wrong. All you can say is “personal emotion”.
This attempt at propaganda should be flagged by the moderation. This person has taken a great amount from the motoko dao and has done nothing from what I can see. Show my own single working thing they have done. There is nothing.
Now there are taking more and trying to put the eye on other sns dao. It is very clear what is the purpose of these lies they are trying to tell everyone.

The nICP position is another 12 weeks of runway, if they sell yet another of the DAOs yield bearing positions.

The Motoko DAO has a series of products that will release alongside @borovan ‘s Toko Market, pending the new standard that is provided, as there is no point in releasing them on EXT.
Motoko Social is live. Hundreds of GIFs with thousands of shares are live. 3D Motoko Ghosts are complete. I could go on.

The person has tried to lie and do propaganda here. They have just even now admitted that open chat has nicp to use for runway and also lp liquid which they don’t even need as there is 100,000 icp in october for runway.
The lies of 9 weeks runway should be removed as well as all the other lies.
Also I have checked the motoko proposals. This person has taken a big amount of motoko from the treasury and they say it is for something called motoko social. I have never seen it and there is nothing about this in the proposals.
How was something created without a dao proposal?
It is very clear what this person is trying to do and the moderation should act on it.
