Like overkill or it’s the wrong approach?
If you are a dev team with an SNS.. you probably should do good tokenomics in the first place..
having a centralized kill switch (multi-sig of the core team) is overkill.
You could just restrict the amount one person can purchase in the SNS sale.. lock up dev tokens for longer at the start.. etc etc etc.
It’s the wrong approach made by people whom don’t have sns daos they care about and whom are upset that other users bought tokens and then did things with the dao they did not like.

Does anyone know what happened to Dexter @bitel911? He was heavily involved in the community one minute and then disappeared the next minute. I hope everything is ok.
I’ve been wondering the same. He asked me if he could borrow 50 ICP to buy a mAIner, and said he’d pay me back after his voting neurons grant came through. I was happy to help. Haven’t heard from him since. It’s definitely concerning given how active he was.
I wonder if his AI subscription expired. He may not be able to function without it? Im kidding. Kind of 
I have been asking this about @wang for years..

I spoke with someone a year or so ago that said he was happily living in either Vietnam or Thailand and they had recently had dinner with him…so I was able to put to bed my concern that something bad had happened…I think he just moved on. He was the kind of developer we needed in the ecosystem…and there were quite a few back at the start that were excited and eager to put time and money in. I tried to pick up the DAO software he started(GitHub - icdevsorg/axon: DAO in a box · GitHub), but he(along with all the other DAO software builders) dropped it as soon as Dfinity announced the SNS and then proceeded to take 18 months to ship it. The complete failure to properly support developers (not just money, but a the complete lack of a collaborative and open ethos) outside the walls of the foundation should be studied.
Norton is doing very well. You can find him on socials if you look. I spoke to him on Telegram about a year ago.
