Gas-Free & Lightning-Fast Experience

Why Do We Need Poki Wallet?

Stalled Development in Existing Wallets: Many wallets in the IC ecosystem have stopped their development, leaving a significant gap.

Improving Cross-Chain Interaction: While IC is progressing towards native cross-chain capabilities with BTC, ETH, and others, the current user experience still has room for improvement.

Beyond Single-Function Wallets: Existing wallets often offer limited functionalities, restricting deeper exploration of the IC ecosystem.

One-Click Participation in SNS Governance: Users can easily participate in SNS Swap with just one click via Poki Wallet, without needing to switch platforms, simplifying the process. Governance voting can also be directly accessed within the wallet, enabling seamless integration of asset management and ecosystem governance.

One-Click Swap: Supports token swaps directly within the wallet, automatically quoting the best available rates. Additionally, the one-click swap feature allows users to quickly convert between different tokens and swap various tokens in bulk for ICP, without needing to navigate to a DEX.

Transaction Security Alert: When slippage exceeds the preset threshold, the system automatically issues an alert to help users avoid price fluctuation risks, better protecting their funds.

Price Tracker: Real-time tracking of tokens within the ICP ecosystem and other cryptocurrencies, with price alerts to help users stay updated on market trends and optimize investment decisions.

Multi-Platform Support: Available on iOS, Android, web, and browser extensions, ensuring a seamless experience for users across different devices.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on Poki Wallet. What features would you like to see? Please share your ideas and suggestions—your feedback is crucial as we strive to build a wallet that truly meets the needs of the community.

We’re excited to announce that the Poki Wallet Extension is now live on the Chrome Web Store!

Now you can securely and decentralizedly access the world of #ICP right from your Chrome browser, with full control over your digital assets :locked_with_key: and a seamless, secure experience.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: Install the browser extension:

It’s not really, since it’s a browser extension. Nice design, but how do you see people using it if you are an anon team controlling it.

is it opensource? how can we trust our keys to your dapp?

Yeah, Let’s be real - anonymous teams are almost always scammers or end up rug pulling, they have no burden when they exit scam. Any credible team would never operate anonymously.

@daijianlin @ohsalmeron @infu Thank you for your interest. We’re planning to open-source the project soon as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and building community trust. We sincerely appreciate your support and hope you’ll continue to follow and grow with us on this journey.

We’re excited to announce that Poki Wallet is now open source.

This is just the beginning, expect rapid updates and continuous improvements.

Had a quick glance and it seems to be written in React Native Web, very cool!

Am I correct to assume that the native app will therefore be the same code base?

@sea-snake Yes, it’s based on a unified codebase. We’re currently working in parallel to develop the mobile app, web version, and browser extension to ensure a consistent experience across all platforms. Throughout the process, we’ll be sharing timely development updates and milestones with the community via the forum.

We are committed to fully open-sourcing the entire codebase, with a strong emphasis on refining the user interface and optimizing the overall user experience. At the same time, we’re keeping close ties with our community. If you have any feature requests or feedback, feel free to reach out at any time.
