I would imagine at some point people besides just the foundation will be able to submit proposals to the NNS to upgrade the network, right? In this case, if the canister the neede upgrading, wouldn’t people be able to just submit proposals to the NNS and people can vote on it without needing Dfinity?
Why not have it controlled by the WaterNeuron DAO?

I’m happy to see this being placed under wtn dao.
Personally I’d love to see it stay under wtn and add a revenue stream to the dao.
